• Artwork (if you have it)

2. Quotation & Solution Proposal

• Provide a clear quotation based on EXW or FOB terms

3. Confirm Order Details

Once you are satisfied with the quotation, we will confirm:

• Trade terms (EXW / FOB Guangzhou)

4. Proforma Invoice (PI) Issued

We will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) including:

5. Deposit Payment

Production begins after receiving the agreed deposit.

6. Sampling (If Required)

9. Shipment

• EXW: Pickup from our factory in Foshan
• FOB: Delivery to Guangzhou (Nansha Port)

We will coordinate with your freight forwarder to ensure smooth delivery.
